From your answers to a usable plan
Five stages. You can stop after the free snapshot and owe nothing.
Step 1
Tell us about you
Two routes in. If you know what you want to start, describe it and we build around that. If you do not, answer a short set of questions — your town, your budget, your skills, the space you have, how hands-on you want to be — and we shortlist ideas that fit. About two minutes either way.
Nothing is paid at this stage and you do not need an account yet.
Step 2
Read a free snapshot
A one-page view of the idea against your own capital: what it takes to start, roughly what it could earn, and the three risks worth knowing before you go further. Free.
You verify a phone number at this point, so the snapshot and any plan you buy stay in your account.
Step 3
Choose a plan and pay once
Two tiers. Both give you the full plan and the complete financial model. The Researched Plan additionally checks current online sources for prices, supplier categories and county requirements, and prints the links.
Payment is by M-Pesa or card through Paystack. No subscription, no stored card.
Step 4
We build it
The plan is written section by section from your answers, approved structured data and — on a Researched Plan — the sources found for you. The financial model runs separately, as arithmetic, on the costs and prices in your own plan. Then the whole thing is checked for consistency and originality before it is released.
This usually takes a few minutes. You can close the page; we text you when it is ready.
Step 5
Read it, keep it, change it
The plan appears in your account, on screen and as a PDF you can print, email or take to a lender. If your budget, town or business name changes, create a new version for a small fee — your earlier version stays where it is.
Plans do not expire and you can come back to them.
What we do not do
- We do not tell you a business will work. We tell you what it would cost and what it would have to earn.
- We do not vet suppliers. A supplier named in a plan was found online and is yours to check.
- We do not register your business, file anything for you, or deal with your county on your behalf.
- We do not sell your details, and we do not send you marketing unless you ask for it.
